Land purchased together by 3 person

12-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Land purchased by three persons together in 1982. Now one person died and his son-in-law claims he has rights to use the land. The issue is, he wants to allow his friend and family to use the land as he is also hold share without other two share holders consent. He opened the gate and already allowed his friends to use this land as a road for transport of goods. What we should do now ?

Any damage done by a trespasser, or use of threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour towards the occupier, may amount to a criminal offence and should be reported to the police on 101. Trespass is very complex and guidance should be sought from a solicitor where appropriate.

I want to clean the right in the property then you go for a partition suit before that is given legal notice and after the legal notice if they are not accepting to partition the land then you go for 4 to partition the land or to get your share through Court
