Land property issue due to the mental illness of a person

My father has a property of land..He has a sister also a shareholder of that property. BT she is a mentally disabled person. We need to make a contact to share this property to each of these two person.BT everyone says its not possible..My father planned to build a new house in his land BT the land has no value due to she's mental illness.What will we do.Its very urgent to share this property to each one.Plz give a solution sir.Its urgent
Property can be sold only through the intervention of the court. First you should file a case before the Munsiff court for the purpose of this. Kindly contact a local lawyer in your are and he can assist you well.
