My Dad registered a land property under my name.
Then, I registered the same property with 50% equal rights under my husband name (registered settlement). Now, I want my property back which is in my husband name. He is not willing to give that.
What are the ways that I can do to get property back which is my husband name(50%)?
The procedure is simple only if your husband is willing to give his share to you by way of gift settlement. Otherwise you need to approach the court by filing a civil case to declare the share of husband as yours.
