Land owner did fraud in sale deed & in joint venture documents

Land owner did fraud he wrote in sale deed document that we need do construction from him.
When we asked for construction from him he asked double money from us.
He cheated, fooled us.
Again we given him land for joint venture instead of 40 ℅ he gave 30% .
But in document he did fraud like mention 17 flats, but physically there are 20 flats.
Kindly help
Hi, what is the document that was executed wherein fraud is alleged. In case if you think that fraud has been played upon you, you can always seek revocation of the said deed. Please share more details.
