Land measuring 4 gutha was gifted to my grandparents by cousin

One land admesuring 4 guntha was gifted to my grabdparents by cousine brother of my grandma throgh a notarised deed.But said issue has not been registered in the land record of the local govt. authorities. Now how can we do the same..Pls guide.
Firstly you need to understand that any document in respect of the property having value more than Rs. 100 requires registration. You your notoraiezed document will not help you. For mutation of your name on the property you need to register the document. For further details please contact me.
