Land is in my father's brother's name can I claim the same?

a land is in the name of my uncle (brother of my father) and my father is younger as per section 22 of hindu I have right in their property.

Well it will depend upon various facts like is it a parental property if not then when it was aquired , and that time it was joint famiy or seprated , also that when it was acquired what was ur uncle doing....so its all will be taken into concideration...yes but u can file ur case to claim the property
