Land in village legal heir of last owner claiming land what to do

I am having property in village which is on my father name i have all documents my father purchased the property 30 years ago now the son of that person says that this property belongs to him i shows all documents to him that we purchased it from his father but he is refusing i punched FIR againts him but he is disturbing my farmer what should i do?
In my opinion you can ask for for police intervention if tht person is harassing you with your possession of the land.... it is the other person who would have to do something and not you as you have the title documents as also the possession to the same .

Since he has been disturbing it property and has been causing harm to u an ur farms file a complaint for trespassing and file a criminal suit following the fir, take pictures of the person and keep it as evidence and while filing the suit take strick strictures against him stating that he should not be allowed to come near the land as he is not the owner along with it also file a suit for threat of life and property

As per the provisions of the limitation act 1963, the time prescribed institute a suit for possession for enforcing a right relating to an immovable property is 12 years. Thus the legal heir of the original owner are barred by law as per the provisions of the limitation act & cannot file a suit today. your sale deed is registeted or not your name is recored on 7/12 extract of the property if the person is giving u trouble i think one option is to sell out the property. u decide that.
