Your query is full of enthusiasm and interesting one, please note that you shall always remain the owners of the land , however if your father prior to his demise publish any will or create any gift of the constructed house which was constructed out of his own fund than the same will become the house of the person in whose favour the will or gift has been made out or created . Otherwise in case you are the only son of your father in that event you shall enjoy the same otherwise the same should be distributed amongst all the legal heirs of your father including your mother if she alive without having right title and interest in the land underneath the constructed house. In such situation either you have to have a registered declaration from your father that after his death the house shall be of yours in all respect or shall have a gift made out in your favour , failing which legal hurdle for owning the house may have to face which please note.
