is there any possibilities to file a complaint against the un approved property which was used as a cattle shelter for past 50 yrs by a family? or Is that property according to the particular family ?
Fifty years is a long time. If a complaint is lodged on the said issue it will not hold ground. If there is any specific public nuisance due to the cattle shed itself or due to the workers then a complaint may be lodged. Otherwise it would be taken as some act of vengeance.
