Land captured by uncle built a house now refusing to give plot

Hi Respected sir, I have query regarding my land in ranchi lalpur it's completely captured by my uncle and refusing to give a single inch and taken entire land there is 20 decimal of land and 6 decimal land is sold in 2009 and money divided equally to all and now left 14 decimal land and now my uncle is refusing to give partition on that land as he build a house.please give suggestions how to take that land.

we would like to inform me that if you have the legal right over the joint property and your other legal hairs are not interested to release your legal right then you may file one partition suit, therein you can play before the code for separation of your legal right from the joint propert.
