Land broker encroachment issue

Sir, A land broker who threatening US to give broker amount and encroached our land with board, hut for a failed deal. There was no any written agreement with him about brokerage amount.It was a failed deal where the seller backed at last minute, but after 1 year the seller reached out to us and we purchased the land. But broker is torturing us to give hefty amount and has erected boards/hut. Police complaint is not working. He is taking advantage as we are in Bangalore.

Police Complaint can be filed against the person. Encroaching the land and causing hindrance to individuals is not acceptable. The issue can be redressed if we raise a complaint. Adequate facts and evidences need to be adduced.
