my land has been marked and got the bill passed from Vidhan Soudha ... for 40 ft road !!!! before that, it was said 20ft from my land and 20ft from my neighbor. how can I tackle it???? is it legal to mark the whole road from single owner?????

Please take the sketch of the road and the Government Order and confirm that it is 20 feet only. If it was more then 20 feet you have right to object the same.
Being a owner of the land you have the right to ask the such authority. Please approach the concern department and if it was not as accordance with the Government order ask for survey and you can also file objection to the same.
