Land acquisition for national highways road

I got notice from nhai in 2021, and my land was converted non agriculture in 2022.but from first notice I got notice from nhai they mentioned as a non agricultural land. I got 4 notice from nhai first one is 3A and second ones 3D and therid ones 3G and fourth one 3G., in all notice they mentioned non agricultural but now they telling in award notice we will mention the agricultural land.
They just issue you a notice going by whatever records they already have with them. You then give representation along with the record of conversion and ask them to fix compensation according to that. Even after you will have the opportunity to demand higher compansation, in case they do not take your demand into consideration.
