Land acquired only physical possession taken during emergency

Our land was acquired undr 1894 act only physical pocession was taken under sectin 17 emergency in 2011 with tendering 80 pc payment but no award announced till date now collector is not atol ready to give interest nor emergency acquisition charges nor new rates because under 11a of old act time has crossed the limit what shoud i do

As ur property been acquired by the corporation or trust or like wise government entity you are liable for compensation and ldp otherwise. Hence if you are delayed will not consequence or defeat your share. Send notice to the appropriate authority.
If no award is being announced till date you can get benefit or reversal of your property.
