My mother expired and she have one house in her name, i am son of her and i have one sister. my father also expired and he was a govt. servant. in this connection I want to clarify that for change of name in registration department, legal hire certificate or succession certificate obtain in which person in my mother's name or my father's name. kindly advice
hi yes you need to obtain the succession certificate from the competent court or authority and then you could change the name to your mother as the house is in your name and after that you could change the name in records
