Khaandaani Property matter. Do we have a right ?

Sir, we r 2 sisters in govt jobs n weded to 2 brothers in govt jobs my father in law is retired teacher. They used our salary as they wanted when objections raised then taurtured us mentally n physically n now they uses our savings to buy property in there name.. N sometimes my father in law threatens to sell their khandani property in village not earned by my father in law n the house n other properties rin the name of my father in law.. So we feel totally insecure when they say if u want property go to the court n by law we have no right in the father in law property n property in village will b sold.. Our hard earned money is seems to us totally gone.. Wt should we do. Plz help

It is very important that if your father in law bought property in his name source of money should be disclosed by him if they have no source of income and you have proof that same has been bought by your earnings then you can claim in the property. Similarly he cannot sell ancestral property without your husband's consent
