Katha Transfer for a parental owned property

My Father owned a house property in Girinagar, Bangalore with dimension of 15 X 38 with nearly 600 sqft. We wer totally 6 adults and 4 kids including my brother family. During carona my mother & Brother passed away and this year my brother sister also passed away, leaving 2 kids behind. am taking care of the kids now.
So for this only property which is in my farther name can we do the Katha transfer to my name
What is the Process, Please suggest
Apart this i dont own any other property
I understand your questions so you have to transfer the kha tha in your name you have to take noc from your seblings who are alive and family tree important and tax paid recipt resent encumberance certificate ,and adaarcard of all family members it is required documents you have to aproch the competent authority
