HI There are plots for sale from Karnataka State Teachers-Employees Welfare Association which is located at Devanhalli IVC road. I would like to know like to know what docs are required to verify as this is still not under any approval. Also would like to know is this really GOVT funded as they are giving REG Registration No:SOR/BLU/DR/07/2008-09.

Land acquisition documents by welfare association, EC, Survey Sketch, Land registration documents or sale deed, tax, Approval from the development authority. With above mention registration number you contact concerned department in registrar office. However the question is not complete to provide appropriate solution

I suggest you to very all the documents pertaining to the lands in which the layout has been formed i.e., mother deed, revenue documents, land conversion order, encumbrance certificate, approved layout plan, tax paid received, katha extract, katha certificate etc.,
