JV of undivided property with builder

10-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
Wanted to ask a question about joint development of undivided property. Coowner has signed an agreement with one builder for Joint Development. I dont want to go with that builder. What rights i have to block that builder? Or it will be compulsory for me to go with that builder? Plot size is not big enough for 2 builders to build separately.

This is my response to you:
1. You can try mutually settling the issue;
2. Otherwise u will have to issue a legal notice;
3. Then you will have to obtain stay order;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
