Jurisdiction in case property is in another district than residence

I am belongs to hindu region. My grandfather property in other district, but i am staying other district can i put case in my local(which i am staying)

The case can be filed only in the place of the property and to its jurisdiction and the court is not having an option as of now to the feasible as per our requirement their is a procedure and we have to go according to that.
