as per the will they have the rights to make changes in the will before death, the will was registered.They wrote the property in name of their 2 sons, no partition is mentioned.as per the will no property for 5 daughters due to not taking care of them.i want to buy a property mentioned in the will belonging to wife and also its a anchestral property given as gift deed to wife by her father. now what are the procedures should i need to follow to buy and register this property. HINDU
if you want to make changes in the will you have to cancel the registered document. your wife is dead... so you are the. only authority. After cancellation you can go with buying the will property. moreovet the will must. have been executed only by your wife. As dhe is dead. all the legal heir have rights
