Joint venture of land agreement

I have a joint venture of land agreement for development which is registered can i add another partner to the agreement? Since the stamp duty is heavy so cancelling it wont be economical

Hi yes first of all yes u can do that but it yes u can add another partner and all u can also tell them and have a agreement and all make another agreement wiht the partner Nd all where all the signs and all will be Der and it will be a proper agreement and all where it would be that part of it and all

Yes Sir, you can add another partner by adding an addendum to the said agreement. The details of the partner his share-holding, equity holding , etc. need to be specified and along with it an exiting clause describing the situation and circumstances when any of the partner wishes to exit the company.
