Joint ownership property in the name of my father and mother

My father and my mother have a joint ownership residential House. But unfortunately my father died on 30.06.2021.What are the formalities to be done to exclude the name of my father from the registry and under which section?

if your father had not executed any will in favour of anyone then in that case the father died intestate and his legal heirs will be the joint owners of his share which is 50% in the residential property and 50% ownership is of your mother.
for example if you are two brothers only in that case your father's share 50% is divisible in 3 parts that is one third of the 50% is of your mother and one third of the 50% is yours and one third of the 50% is of your brother.
