Joint owner of property with husband and how to claim that right because he wants to remove that name from the ownership because we want a divorce
If you are joint owner then your husband can’t remove your name from the property without your consent. You can seek partition for the same. In divorce process you can ask his right also in your favour in one of settlements terms.
