Joint name property problem what to do

Hello sir, I have a shop on the name of my father and my aunty,and in this shop we r doing business from last 50 year.curruntly my aunty said to lock the shop.is they can do this.
As per revenue land record they are the owner of the land you have file 2 civil suits one for granting stay for eviction by your uncle aunty and simultaneously another Title suit to become land owner.
