Jaypee group possession before does need to worry today

I am Buyer of an apartment at Jaypee Kosmos. i got the possession of the apartment at march 2016 and in April -May 2016 we registered the apartment at registrar office Noida... with this recent development of NCLT against Jaypee. do we also need to worry about.. do we also need to take some legal advice..?? Thanks and Regards

No you don't need to worry. NCLT has merely admitted the petition against jaypee. A insolvency professional will be appointed not who will, along with the creditors, work a resolution plan with in 180 day. If no resolution plan is made with in this time or if the resolution plan made is not approved by NCLT, the company shall go in liquidation.

I hope you have bought the flat by a registered sale deed.

You must file your claim before the The Interim insolvency Resolution Professional in form C as a financial creditor. the claim must reach the Interim insolvency Resolution Professional before 24th of August 2017.
