It's our grandfather property who has one son and seven daughters. After partition son sold his property to stranger without taking his daughter signature. After that he died. My question is can daughter of decised son get share of their father property?
After the death of the father all the children, son and daughters also have equal rights in father's property after 2005 onwards. If he sold the property you can ask with him your share of amount in the sale consideration amount which he recieved. If you need further enquiry please contact me
