It's a wet land as per patta but in Adangal its mentioned as Puncture for more than 7 years. What does it mean? What would be the classification of the land type. No agriculture is done for more than 10 years. No cultivation possible and adjacent people built houses on DTCP approved residential plots

Puncture land means non cultivable land. To obtain a Patta in Tamil Nadu, you can apply online or through a government department:       Online Go to the Tamil Nadu Land Records e-Services website     Select View Patta & FMB/Chitta/TSLR Extract     Choose your district and taluk     Enter the required details, including the land's survey number, village, taluk, and district     Verify the details and submit     Authenticate using your mobile number     View and download the Patta Chitta document     Make any required payments     Print the document
