Issue regarding security amount refund after 11 months of Rent lease

Sir please advise dijiye 7 saal pehle hmne security pr ghar liya 11 month pure hone ke baad se usne agreement renew nhi kiya ab paise mangne pr woh kuch response nhi de rha ab sir please btaiye hme kya krna chahiye.
As there will be one agreement between you and the landlord and in the agreement must be mentioned that how much amount you have been paid as security to the landlord so he is now he is not refunding the said amount so on the basis of the agreement you can file a suit for recovery against kilogram
