Issue of gift deed by misrepresentation and fraud

My husband's grand ma has gift deeded the ancestral property to her grandsons by misrepresentation leaving other 4 grandsons, so how can we question it in court and plz suggest under Hindu law
as per the law it was happened by misrepresentation you should challenge the court on gift deed. you can cancel the gift deed. Best of knowlege about that should visit any legal office along with have any records are documents or witnesses with your family tree.thank you
