Is the person whose name is on the property document the owner

Hum jis ghar mein raite hain(30 years) us ghar ki document(dalil) mein mere grand father ki nam nahi hain but unki brother ki nam hain.toh kya jiski name hain unki son legaly hame ghar se nical sakte hain(vho log 15 year pahele kahi or shift karchuke hain).but electric bil or tax bill me mere grand father ki father ki name mein hai.
Aapke question padhne ke baad hum aapko bolenge ke aap ko aise koi nikaal nahi sakta hain. Apko nikalne ke liye case karna padhega, aur case to umar bhar chalta rehta hain. Property ke upar aapke haq hain ki nehi woh jan ne ke liye woh document dekhna padhega. Phone kijiye details bata denge.

Dalil jiske naam mein hoti hain, wohi owner hota hain. Aap ka grand father ke Bhai being the legal heir of the owner aap ko bol sakte hain uth jane ke liye, phir bhi agar aap log nehi uthteho toh Woh aap ka against me eviction suit kar sakte hain usme aap logo ko bahut time mil jayega, aap uska order ka against me appeal kar sakte ho usme aap ko aur bhi time mil jayega. Aap adverse possession ka mamla karke bhi aap ka naam me property kar sakte ho. All the best. Regards

ha legally jinke name pe woh ghar hai wo aap logo ko nical sakta hai. par agar aisa kuch huya to aap log bhi court me case karke aap right claim kar sakte hai. agar court me aap log prove kar sakte hai k aap log wo ghar pe pichle 30 saal se rahe rahe ho, to sayad court order mil sakta hai k aap logo ko nicala nahi jaye
