Good afternoon

All documentary evidence has to be filed at the time of filling. However, bringing in witnesses to corroborate your claim has to be done at the time of evidence. When the claimant gets the chance. He/she should file a list of witness and admission and denial of documents accordingly. Please feel free to reach out in case of any clarifications.

For filing a suit that is a civil suit the complete base of the suit is documents on which the suit is being relied upon mere producing a witness in front of court does not prove the claim of a claimant so basically if there are some documents on which the suit have been filed and for the support of that documents fitness is being produced by the permission of the honourable court
