Hello Sir/Mam If All Three Joint Owners Are Alive and Agree to Sell - No Relinquishment Deed is Needed. No Surviving Member Certificate is Needed. You can directly execute a Sale Deed, and all three owners must: Be present (or represented via power of attorney), Sign the sale deed, Be part of the registration process at the sub-registrar office. Rest depends on the matter. Feel free to contact over phone call or whats app for further assistance . Thank you Regards Advocate kuber Hooda
