Is Probate Ncessary In Delhi ?

An unregistered will has been executed successfully without any interference of court (i.e. no probate) in 2011, is anything illegal in it?
You seem asking same question everyday in the different forms ….therefore the answer remains the same …there is nothing illegal ..but you still need probate on the will if there are more than one legal heirs ..or the people mentioned in the wills are different then legal heirs etc .. b in touch

I think they will which you are referring here is not a registered will rather it's a notarised well anyhow it doesn't matter in the eyes of law if the a testing witnesses are there to depose in your favour
