Is NOC necessary for transfer of property
29-May-2023 (In Property Law)
is sister's noc required for selling the property ? can i again claim a share in the mothers share from the property sold?
What kind of property is you have not stated. If your sister has share in the property or inherits right in the property means she has to sign to the sale deed means if you are intending to sell that is enough to show that she don't have objection so you don't have to take any NOC. If you want to claim share in your mother's sold property means you have to check whether you have inheritance right and other legal question involved in it. Hence, contact any advocate with property documents.
