Yes your sisters are also eligible for share in the property along with your mother. Yes you can get copy of will if same is registered for that you need to get in touch with us in person. For rest of your question , I need to see from where the property is coming.

Dear Sir,
Since you have not mentioned whether your father is deceased or not?
Kindly note that in case your father is living, then obtaining the will is of no use, as in a life time of a person, he/she can make as many wills.
However, to obtain the will you have to oppose the Registrar office with a copy of the death certificate of your father and a nominal fee and document of the your property papers and id proof of your mother and all the children and a nominal fee will be charged along with relevant affidavits.
And as per law, girls whether married or unmarried have equal share in fathers property. However, there is procedure where any of the child can relinquish there rights in anyone's name.

The Answer is yes for every question you floated.
Now just contact local lawyer of your registrar's office so that he can trace out the will.
your both the sisters and mother has equal share as you have.
If your has left behind a will get the copy and consult some lawyer he can tell you in detail.
