Is it safe/legal to purchase a flat through GPA ?
03-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello Sir/Madam, I am willing to purchase a FLAT in Dayalbagh Colony, Faridabad, Haryana. The builder is giving his FLAT through GPA. So my concern is, "It is safe to purchase that FLAT?". Please guide me.
Hello. You need to ensure the Sale Deed of the property in name of the builder.Ask for the certified true copy of that and further check the mention of the sale deed number in the said GPA through which he is willing to sell the flat to you.The GPA holder's identity is to be proved authentic.Rest please contact if you further need any assistance.
