Is it safe to buy a freehold property without map being approved

Dear Sir/Madam, My religion is hindu. I am going to buy a flat on a registered freehold property. But its map has not been approved by GDA. The property is a registered property. I want to understand is it safe to buy this property. No bank is ready to give loan on this property. Only NBFC like GIC is giving loan
I have to review all the documents pertaining to that property before coming to any conclusion. Specifically I have to check the registry documents then only I can advise you. And if bank is not providing loan against a property this is a serious concern.

Hi - Map needs to be registered unless it is registered no bank will give funds against the same, only NBFC can assist you in this matter. Hence take your decision as per your financial capacity and act accordingly.
