Is it risk to claim grandmother's Property under Muslim Law

28-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandmother and her two brothers inherited equal 1/3rd share in three properties by way of a settlement deed from their parents. My grandmother passed away in march'2017. before her demise, in 2014, my grandmother made a hibba (gift deed) in my favor, of her entire 1/3rd share in all three properties. q1) does the hibba (gift deed) secure my claim to the entire 1/3rd share previously owned by her?. is there any risk of claim from my grandmother's brothers or their sons (my cousins). please note, we are a muslim family. I am a grandson.

ion her life time she made the gift deed so no problem. only to the extent of her share which she was legally owned at the time of gift deed. no one can question it and you are the absolute owner of it .
