Is it possible to sell a property which is already gifted by the owner

I am a 70 year old man. I recently signed a document gifting my house to my sister in law, without realizing. I want to sell my property, so that she may not have access to my house. Can I sell my property and use the money as I wish, or am I bound to the document signed? Is the document currently active legally or does it take effect on my death?
Sign document means whether the gift deed u sign was registered. If it is registered then the property is transfered to yuor sister in law. She became the owner of the property u cannot sell the property. If it was not registered then it is possible .
