Is it possible to register the son's name on the property again
30-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My father had died in the year 2006 and my mom is still alive so I want my name to be registered again in all property because they have wrongly take sign from me on hakksodpatra so is it possible to register my name in property again
Who are those people who have taken your signature? We can get back your name on the property documents, but we will require to follow legal procedures that too will require to review all the documents related to property and the document which you signed surrendering your rights.
Hakkasodpatra is taken by whom????? What was your age at that time?????If your mom is alive and the property is going to devolve upon her, then your mother can Gift it to you...(its just a scenario not that I am suggesting anything).
