Is it legally possible to remove garden area and use for parking space

We are 5 building and 5 floor each of the building, few flat holders are create chaos on parking issue and imposed to remove our garden space ( common space ) in our society. our society is not registered. is it possible to remove garden area and use for parking space.. can we stop this legally.

No not possible as per the rules it is necessary to have a garden in the society or in a flat you cannot converting it for parking
If it is not than kindly park your car outside the building and increase your security

1) It depends in which city/state you are living, and what are the policies of horticulture department in your area.

AND

2) in the building/society approved development plan for what purpose that place is shown.

Your society is illegally converging green area to parking area. This can be stopped by legal notice and thereafter a strong case on the management of the society. Whether the society is registered or not, you have purchased the flat from some one and you are having the rights to enjoy common areas.
