Is GPA done in Noida of Delhi Property is legally valid.

I got a offer to purchase a Flat in south Delhi. The ownership of flat is transferred via GPA and the present occupant is 4th hand. The GPA was registered in Noida. Father of Individual/owner/occupant (in whose name the GPA is favoured) has the original papers who has declared his son (owner of flat) out of his liability. Occupant/owner has xerox of these. How can I got the deal done? I have paid him hefty amount for business purpose and now he is unable to pay and hence offering it as a last resort? He has nothing else monetarily and his whole family has abandoned/renounced him.

GPA is valid at the life of excutent if and depend on terms and conditions of the GPA. If the GPA is executed in the blood relation You can deal with him deal is valid.

If the GPA has executed between you and son then the father is not liable to pay but if it is excited by father then he is liable to pay with interest. File suit for recovery against whom you paid. GPA registered in Noida is having no problem for you . You can claim your amount with the help of this document. Approach the court of competent jurisdiction. Best of luck.
