SIR,
1. i want to know that where i m buying the plot next survey no. is showing TANK (lake) within 30 mtrs is there will be any legal issue for making house.
What TANK means is it comes under wetland.
Plot is E KHATA,DC, DC CONVERSION , BDA NOC ,approved layout. Already some plot have been sold in that layout.
2. Another plot which is sold showing in dispute case report in site of karnatakalandrecord site. Observation by GOVT revenue officer.is it possible to check region.

Pls advice i am in very confusion state.
Dont buy plot near lake or tank bed area. For detailed opinion you should get the legal documents verified from advocate and then take decision depending on property documents. If the land is just 30mtrs from lake it is not advisable to buy such land.
