Is conveyance deed necessary and important while buying a flat ?????.....I hv given a token amount for a flat but later came to know that the land doesn't have a conveyance deed
This is my response to you:
1. Convergence is very important;
2. Otherwise there would be a deemed conveyance;
3. Please enquire from the society or through the registrar office;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

conveyance is given for land on which building is situated...hence it is not necessary to have conveyance of land in which flat is situated....while buying any flat it is important to verify the title of flat is standing on same person from whom you are purchasing the flat.....
