Is compound wall comes under last corner plot measure.

Does the measure of compound wall which is constructed by promoter is also included in the measurement of individual last corner plot.
actually in my corner plot one side there is compound wall which is one feet of width. Promoter is saying this wall is included in your plot measurement and you can use this wall for your own purpose.
what ever mentioned in the sale deed document is considered as final thing.
Sale deed is a mother deed hence the information mentioned in the sale deed is considered legally.
