Intkaal of house in the revenue records

I have purchased a house in 1995 and then the Patwari of the area (in 1995) gave us the copy of intkaal. Now the current patwari says that the intkal was rejected without assigning any reason in the revenue record books.
we have the following documents with us:
1. registry of the house
2. original intkal given to me in 1995
please guide us how can the revenue records be updated and intkaal to be corrected?
If the intkal is rejected without any reason and the authorities are refusing to do so then we can file a writ petition before the Hon’ble High Court for pass directions against the authorities to do the intkal. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact
