intervention of neighbour while doing the renovation of my flat

i was doing renovation of my 30 year old dda flat which is on first floor, but neighbor on ground floor doing unnecessary intervention in it by repeatedly calling police . she with her husband have also done the unauthorized infiltration to our flat 3-4 times and clicked photo and send it to police and MCD. When we approached MCD to get the permission then they said that "NO PERMISSION REQUIRED FOR THE INTERNAL RENNOVATION". She also threatens my husband that she will falsely accuse him. we are senior citizens. please advice
whatever renovation you want to carry out submit an application with the MCD for the same
if they say no permission required for internal renovation ask them to give it in writing.
in case your neighbour further harrasses you, file a complaint against him in the concerned police station.

This is quite unfortunate. You need to file a police compliance against them. A formal written complaint to the police regarding such behaviour. A civil suit will not make sense as the construction will be a short term process.
