i want to put bore well in my plot but it comes under layout permises where 40 houses are there and they are giving petition to panchayat leader against invidual bore in layout permises because it close to panchayat bore well around 150 meters.and panchayat leader telling me assosiciation registered in government so they have power to stop.pls guide they have power or not.
when your person is acting against the or against the legal parameter can approach the court person should not incident again only the court can order that person should not carry the borewell in the unauthorised premises
