Injunction under order 39 rule 1 and 2 cpc

My family members have fraudulently got the sale deed in their names for diff. Suit properties . I have claimed for my share in all properties with different names.
I want njunction reliefs :
stop from selling properties and ,any transactions from bank accounts.
Allow me to stay in my house / give it on rent . sale deed is in parents name. I am the eldest son and with my mother. Mother wants to move out and lock this house , sell it .
How to include all reliefs in njunction appl. ?
it seems that you and your family members are legal hairs of properties which belonged to a common ancestor.
however they have fraudulently got the properties transferred in their names.
if there is any forgery or forging of signatures or any other criminal offence then you may file a criminal complaint in court seeking initiation of criminal action and registration of FIR against your family members.
Hindi alternative you can also file a suit for declaration and injunction against your family members to claim all the release that you seek
